Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only if:
You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
The item is unused, and in its original packaging with labels
- If you have purchased from Sri Lanka. Returns not available for Forign countries
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
Used products (due to hygiene reasons)
Products purchased during a sale or promotion (unless damaged)
Change-of-mind requests

Refunds
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, However we provide you with store credits when approved
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost
For all other approved returns, customers will need to arrange and cover return shipping
