Return and Refund Policy​

At Cottonkids.lk, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to deliver on time and high-quality products, but we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • The item is unused, and in its original packaging with labels

  • If you have purchased from Sri Lanka. Returns not available for Forign countries 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used products (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Products purchased during a sale or promotion (unless damaged)

  • Change-of-mind requests

Return Request Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via:

  2. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the item(s)

  3. Our team will review and guide you through the return process

Refunds

  • Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, However we provide you with store credits when approved

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost

  • For all other approved returns, customers will need to arrange and cover return shipping
